Alumni Association Activities

The activities of the Alumni Association at some point in time have touched upon virtually every area of the University.

The many activities of the Association include publication of Virginia: The University of Virginia Magazine - the University's official alumni publication; maintenance of Alumni Hall, headquarters at the University for alumni; sustenance and support of a club system throughout the world; special involvement in the admissions program of the University; the upkeep of records on more than 140,000 living University alumni; career services for alumni; and housing and supporting the U.Va. Fund and other activities.

Activities of special interest to University students include the Class Trustees Program, the Young Alumni Council (the Y.A.C.), the Jefferson Scholars and Ridley Scholars, University Career Assistance Network (UCAN), student membership events and class activities.
