About the Center
The Alumni Career Services Center (ACSC) is the primary point of contact for alumni seeking career advice and assistance. The ACSC works collaboratively with the other career services offices at the University (University Career Services, Commerce, Engineering, Architecture) to meet alumni career needs.
ACSC is a powerful resource, designed by the U.Va. Alumni Association specifically with you in mind. Use it throughout your career for a variety of reasons, including:
- •you recently graduated (from any U.Va. undergraduate or graduate program) and are trying to determine your career direction.
- •you are in (or entering) a transition mode and want to fully explore career options and ideas.
- •you are actively job searching and want assistance with strategies, networking, resume development, and/or interviewing techniques.
- •you are weighing job offers and want assistance with negotiating salary and benefits.
- •you are considering graduate education and want assistance with applications and essays.
- •you are seeking coaching on career management and professional development.
