Career assessment instruments can be valuable tools in the process of clarifying career direction as well as during a process of career transition. These tools can help shed light on career options previously undiscovered or may confirm some ideas already considered. In addition, the results can help clarify the type of work environments that would maximize individual career satisfaction.
