To place a reservation for weddings, holiday parties, fundraisers or other events, please complete and submit the following space reservation request form. We accept reservations up to exactly a year in advance of the date. We cannot at this time accept reservations more than a year in advance. We begin taking reservations at 12am on the date that is a year in advance of the event.  

Please note: reservations for fall events are only accepted after football games and associated events have been scheduled.

A member of our reservations staff will contact you regarding your request. Please note that the ballroom and annex will be closed for renovation until 2/1/07. To inquire about pricing and availability, please contact alumni reservations.
