The dates of Reunions 2010 are June 4-6, 2010.
On Grounds lodging is available on a first come first served basis. Alumni can stay in Lawn/Range rooms, Lambeth Field apartments, and suites at Brown College at Monroe Hill. To request a room on the Lawn/ Range, please fill out this form. You will be able to make reservations for the Brown College and Lambeth Field housing areas in late September 2009. At that time, please visit the U.Va. Conference Services Web site to make a reservation, or call (434) 924-4479.
You will receive several communications from the Alumni Association throughout the year including e-mails, mailings, and the registration brochure, which is mailed in February. Please contact the Alumni Association if you do not receive these mailings.
The weekend package includes access to all reunion seminars, reunion-wide programs, band parties and all class-specific activities, including dinners. There will be an additional fee for the golf tournament, the continuing education series and the excursion tour.

If you plan to attend Reunions, we can post your name on the Hoos Coming list on our Web site. By adding your name to the list you will not be registered for the reunion, it will simply indicate to other alumni that you plan to attend. To add your name to the Hoos Coming list, fill out this form. An official registration form will be mailed to you in February 2010.
Registration for Reunions Weekend will begin in February of 2010. At that time, you will be mailed a registration form and you will be able to register online at virginiareunions.com.
Alumni Hall is the first stop you should make before attending any event. Our class-specific check-in tables will provide you with your registration packet, including name tags, an updated schedule of events and locations, and event tickets. Late registration and check-in is available:
Thursday: 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Saturday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Requests for cancellations and refunds must be submitted in writing (by mail, fax, or e-mail) to our office by the close of business May 30, 2010. A $25 registration fee is non-refundable; all other fees are refundable before this date.
Parking will be available free of charge for alumni in the lots on Grounds from June 4-6. No parking is permitted in indicated handicapped or service areas. You must display handicapped parking permits, if applicable. A dashboard pass will be handed out during registration at Alumni Hall to be used in the Central Grounds Parking Garage at no charge (on Emmet Street, next to Memorial Gymnasium). Pick up a map of available lots at registration in Alumni Hall.

Supervised recreational activities for children ages 5 to 17 will be available on Saturday, June 5 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Activities will include kids' sports, lunch and kids' college (hands-on classroom activities). Childcare will also be available and details will be posted as they are finalized. Children are also welcome to attend all events during the weekend.
Dress for the weekend is casual (subject to change for class cocktails and dinners). The weather can be unpredictable in early June so you may want to bring shorts as well as pants and sweatshirts.
Information and resources will be available during registration hours at Alumni Hall for those in recovery and those with an interest in alcohol and other substance-abuse issues. We will also showcase recent efforts to address student alcohol use at U.Va. Please stop by to offer us your suggestions and comments.
