Class Councils and Trustees

Alumni Association staff advise and support the Second- and Third-Year Class Councils and Fourth-Year Trustees in selecting officers, organizing the class gift, and planning events such as Lighting of the Lawn, Class Dinners, and Casino Night.

Trustees and Class Council members are charged with identifying and programming events to serve the unique needs of their respective classes.

Deadlines:

Applications are due at the front desk of Alumni Hall or submitted online by 12:00 noon on Friday, February 27, 2009.  Please provide one original and two copies of your application.  Please do NOT include your name on any essay portion of your application but do include space for an application number.

All applicants will be e-mailed during the week of March 9 regarding their application status.  Selected applicants will be interviewed before the final lists of the Class Councils / Trustees are posted.  Committee chair interviews will run concurrently.

Class of 2012 Second Year Council First Meeting: Tuesday, March 24 (Time: TBD)

Class of 2011 Third Year Council First Meeting: Tuesday, March 24 (Time: TBD)

Class of 2010 Trustee First Meeting: Monday, March 23 (Time: TBD)

Class Council / Trustees Planning Workshop: (Major orientation and planning session for next year): Sunday, April 5 (Time: 2:30-6:30 p.m.).

Second Year Council Meeting: Sunday, April 19 (Time: TBD)

Reunions Weekend 2009: June 5-7, 2009
